Mid Continent Controls is excited to introduce our Bluetooth Audio Receiver that is specifically designed with flexibility in mind. The device will allow owner/operators with any entertainment configuration, audio system and CMS solution to easily integrate seamless Bluetooth Audio into the cabin environment. Once installed, simply pair or personal electronic device (PED) and you’re able to stream audio directly to the cabin audio system. The Bluetooth receiver can be installed in two configurations. As a stand alone where the receiver is directly selectable as a CMS/Audio source, or inline with any existing entertainment source. In either configuration the receiver is in passive mode until a Bluetooth audio stream starts. The streaming will stay active as long as the source (PED) continues to play. When the streaming stops, the MC2 receiver goes back into passive mode.
